My career in the property industry began in 2010, working within residential lettings where I gained first-hand experience of property management, tenancy administration and client relationships. During this time I worked across both lettings and maintenance departments, developing a thorough understanding of the tenancy process from beginning to end.

In 2013, I established Essential Inventory to focus on delivering independent property inventories and inspections for landlords, letting agents and property professionals throughout Devon & Cornwall.

Having worked within the lettings industry myself, I understand how important accurate, impartial documentation is in protecting both property investments and positive landlord-tenant relationships. Every inspection is carried out personally, combining meticulous written observations with high-resolution photography to produce comprehensive reports that are typically delivered within 24 hours.

I believe a professional inventory is far more than a checklist. It provides an independent record of a property's condition, giving landlords, letting agents and tenants confidence throughout every stage of a tenancy.
